I never buy anything without Looking at reviews, so when I saw this car,, which was slightly under priced and looked in excellent condition, I looked up the reviews. When I saw all the glowing reviews for Sam at Carbahn, I thought they must all be his friends reviewing! However, I realised from first discussing the car with Sam, that they were all from actual happy customers and that I would get on with him and that he was one of the 'Good Guys', easy to deal with, transparent and that nothing was too much trouble. As I was in France when buying the car, he sent me extra videos to show up any imperfections. There was not one and it looked like a new car straight from the Dealers. When I arrived he helped me with the tax and made sure I understood all the layout etc. So, like the other reviewers, I have absolutely no hesitation in giving him five stars and will be part exchanging this for another of his excellent cars in the future. Oh, and he also uses WhatsApp, which is great and answers questions very quickly

When I spotted the car of my dreams at Carbahn (via autotrader), I immediately phoned up and spoke to Sam. From this first phone call alone I knew that I was dealing with a genuine salesman. He was courteous, polite, knowledgable and most importantly completely transparent. He told me,in detail, every tiny flaw with the vehicle. I arranged to go and see the vehicle the following day. Sam was wonderful to deal with. 100% genuine! He pointed out all the minor flaws, he hid nothing about the vehicle from me. We went for a test drive and I obviously felt a little nervous driving a new vehicle not yet owned by me. However, Sam was chatting throughout the drive which put me at ease. There was absolutely no pressure from Sam to make a purchase. The vehicle was absolutely amazing but there were a couple of minor cosmetic bodywork issues that needed addressing. Through a number of messages (I was working so couldn’t speak over the phone) Sam reassured me that the issues would be resolved and to the highest speciafication. As a result we came to a deal. I have to say that the price I paid & the amount I received for my part exchange was more than fair. I was absolutely delighted. I don’t think a car purchase has ever been as easy & pleasurable. Over the following 2 weeks Sam kept me updated with regards to the vehicles progress. When I finally went to collect the car last Friday I was blown away. The work that had been carried out was phenomenal. It looked like a new vehicle. I couldn’t have been happier. Sam is a wonderful no pressure salesman whose number 1 aim is to make customers happy. The garage/showroom itself is unique as its situtated on a farm in designated unit so it may suprise you however apart from that there are a range of cars to cater for all. Sam from carbahn dealt with my car sale and must admit really appreciated the transparency in resolving any of my concerns.
